There is a meaningful difference between sending business email from a free Gmail or Yahoo account and sending it from [email protected]. The second one shows up as professional in your customers' inbox — and stays out of their spam folder more often.

Do I need to host my domain with you too?
No. You can keep your domain wherever it is registered — we will give you the MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to add. If you want everything under one roof, we sell domain registration too.
How does this compare to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Same core capability — email + calendar + contacts on your domain. We are cheaper per mailbox ($2–$5 versus $9–$35 on Google Workspace), bill in USD through our own portal, and support is in Arabic and English. We do not include the office suite (Docs / Sheets / Word / Excel); if your team relies on those, Workspace or M365 is the better fit.
Can I migrate from Gmail / Outlook / Workspace?
Yes — we run an IMAP-to-IMAP migration of your existing mail. You give us the source account credentials (or an app password), pick a maintenance window, and we move everything across. Domain DNS cutover happens at the end.
What about deliverability?
We publish SPF and DKIM for every domain you add, and recommend a DMARC policy. We monitor blocklists for our outbound IPs and rotate them if anything ever goes sideways. Inbound spam filtering is on by default and tunable per mailbox.
Do you keep my email private?
We do not read, scan, sell, or train any model on your mail. It is your data, accessed only when you ask for support and explicitly grant access.
Refunds and cancellation?
Cancel any time from the client portal — there is no minimum term. Email plans are billed per mailbox and are not covered by the money-back guarantee that applies to web hosting. We will export your mailboxes in standard mbox / maildir format on request.
