How to pay Iraq Server

Every method we accept, who each one suits, and when your service actually starts.

Prices, currency and where you pay

Every plan here is priced in US dollars, and every order goes through our client portal — a VPS in Erbil, a cloud VPS elsewhere, web hosting, email or a domain.

Two of the methods below are handled by the portal at checkout. The other three are transfers you arrange with our support team.

Paid at checkout — the payment clears straight away

Both run through the portal's own payment step, so nothing is arranged in advance.

Clearing a payment and setting up a service are two different steps. Shared web hosting is set up instantly. Cloud VPS and managed app hosting deploy automatically in about a minute. An Erbil VPS is set up by our team within hours of payment — fully automated provisioning is in active development.

Card payment

A payment card entered on the portal's checkout page, where you confirm the order.

Who it suits: Anyone with a card that works for online payments — the fastest way to get an order paid.

When it starts: Charged at checkout, and the payment clears immediately. Setup then follows the product, as above.

PayPal

You approve the payment on PayPal, then come back to the portal.

Who it suits: Useful if you keep a PayPal balance, or would rather not enter a card.

When it starts: Charged at checkout, and the payment clears immediately. Setup then follows the product, as above.

Transfers arranged with support — the service starts once the transfer is confirmed

These three are not buttons at checkout. You arrange them with support, and setup starts once support confirms the transfer arrived. A person does that check, so it takes longer than a card.

FIB transfer (First Iraqi Bank)

A transfer through First Iraqi Bank, which many of our Iraqi customers already bank with.

Who it suits: A business that banks locally and would rather send money from an Iraqi account.

When it starts: Arranged with support, not chosen at checkout. Setup starts once support confirms it arrived.

Qi transfer (Qi Card)

A transfer using Qi Card, which many customers in Iraq already hold.

Who it suits: Customers who hold a Qi Card and pay for most things with it.

When it starts: Arranged with support, not chosen at checkout. Setup starts once support confirms it arrived.

Western Union

An international money transfer sent through Western Union.

Who it suits: Customers paying from outside Iraq, or without a card or local bank account.

When it starts: Arranged with support, not chosen at checkout. Setup starts once support confirms it arrived.

What happens when your plan renews

A renewal invoice is raised automatically at the regular price for that plan and cycle — the renewal figure shown beside the plan, not any first-period price. Cards and PayPal are charged against it automatically; transfers are not. To stop a plan renewing, cancel it in the client portal before the term ends. If you pay by transfer, contact support before the renewal date.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund terms follow the product you bought, not the method you paid with. Web Hosting carries a 30-day money-back window: request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we process it through your original payment provider. Managed app hosting instead starts with a 30-day free trial, so nothing is charged until the trial ends. For VPS, Cloud VPS, email and domains we don't publish a money-back window at all — which is not the same as saying they can't be refunded, so ask support before you order if a refund matters to your decision. Cancelling is separate: it stops the next invoice but does not refund one already paid.

Payments FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay without a card?
Yes. PayPal is processed at checkout and can be funded from a balance or a linked account, and FIB, Qi and Western Union are arranged with support. The one exception is the 30-day free trial on managed app hosting, which does require a card.
How long until my service starts?
That depends on the product as much as on how you pay. Card and PayPal clear immediately, and setup follows: instantly for shared web hosting, about a minute for Cloud VPS and managed app hosting, within hours for an Erbil VPS. A transfer adds the time support needs to confirm it arrived, and we don't publish a fixed time for that check.
Can I choose FIB, Qi or Western Union at checkout?
No. The portal's checkout step handles card and PayPal. The three transfers are arranged with support instead: tell them which one you want, and they confirm it once the money arrives.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices and invoices are both in US dollars. If you pay from an account or card held in another currency, your own bank or card issuer decides how it converts.
What if my transfer doesn't arrive?
Contact support with the details. Nothing is activated until a transfer is confirmed, so an order left waiting means the payment hasn't been matched yet, not that it is lost.
